Martin brokered the sale of 2520 East Jolly Road, a 4,956 square foot free standing building in Delhi Charter Township on February 25, 2020.

The building was a former Burger Kings owned by David and Sally Cook. It is located less than a mile east of Aurelius Road and less than a mile west of the Jolly/Dunkel 127 entrance ramp. The seller was represented by Senior Associate/Retail Advisor Amy Richter-Perkins and Senior Associate/ Industrial & Investment Advisor Christopher Miller.
