Martin brokered the sale of 4705 Clyde Park Avenue, a 7,800 square foot office building in Wyoming, MI on March 16, 2020.

MBI Automation purchased the building. The robotics and automation company specializes in machine programming and DENSO Robotics. Martin Associate Blake Rosekrans represented the buyer.

Part of the new building will house their DENSO certified repair facility, one of only four in the United States. The company’s owner, Matt Blomfield, will relocate his business to 4705 Clyde Park Avenue from their current space located 5 miles north of the premises.
