Martin Facilitates Sale of Charter School in Mancelona, Michigan

We’re proud to share that our own Thomas Jamieson, Senior Associate, Office Advisor, and Eric Rosekrans, CCIM, CPM, Senior Vice President, Office Advisor, have assisted Bay City Academy in the sale of a 31,075 square foot charter school building at 5047 Richardson Road. Both Jamieson and Rosekrans represented the seller in the transaction.

“We had a great experience working with Martin. We appreciate Thomas and the staff treating us as a school rather than just a number or an empty building,” stated Brian Lynch, Superintendent of Bay City Academy. “It would have been detrimental to the families of the children who attend our academy if the school closed because we were not able to execute a transaction. Thanks to Martin, our school will remain open and continue providing education to hundreds of students. Martin helped us make a difference in Mancelona.”
