Martin Facilitates National Growth for RJ Schinner

We’re excited to announce that we have facilitated the lease of a 160,000 square foot industrial flex building for one of our national clients, RJ Schinner! This building is located at Lehigh Valley Flex Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Van W. Martin represented RJ Schinner in signing a lease for this property, allowing their business space to expand from 80,000 square feet to 160,000 square feet. J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. was the landlord in this transaction. The lease allows the company to build on their growth as noted by Mike Wentland, Vice President of Operations at RJ Schinner.

“When the need for more space came up for RJ Schinner, we were delighted that J.G. Petrucci partnered with us to double our size from 80,000 sq. ft. to 160,000 sq. ft.,” explains Mike Wentland. “This will ensure we will be able to take care of our customers for years to come.”
