Real Estate Investment Firm Riverstone Capital Engages Martin in Property Management

We’re proud to share that Martin will be the property manager for properties invested in by Riverstone Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm established by Van W. Martin, President and CEO of Martin, and Cutler Martin, Investment Services. The Riverstone Investment Fund LP focuses on raising $200 million to invest in small industrial properties and distribution centers across portions of the U.S.

Van W. Martin explained that Riverstone Capital Partners was formed to continue relationships with our clients and offer another service in addition to Martin’s specializations in property acquisitions, sales, management, and leasing.

The firm has raised funds over the last few months and has set its sights on the increase in demand for logistics space over the next five years. Martin is excited about Riverstone Capital Partners’ plans, and we can’t wait to see what that the firms accomplishes in the future!
