We’re excited to share that retail space at the Red Cedar Development, a mixed-use project on Michigan Avenue close to MSU, is now open! Martin has signed its first lease here, and several leases are pending for a café, pizza restaurant, and smoothie shops among others. 1,100+ SF is available for lease.
