We’re so happy for our client, Hooked Community! This spring, owners Sarah Reckhow and Matt Grossmann will open a nearly 3,000-square-foot bookstore/coffee shop/wine bar at the Red Cedar Development on Michigan Avenue near MSU and Frandor. Carson Patten, Sales Associate, facilitated the lease to bring the new business to the Lansing area.
