We were excited to attend the groundbreaking event for the new Hyatt House Hotel and Marriott AC Hotel, two additions to the $256 million Red Cedar Development in Lansing. These hotels were developed by Frank Kass of Continental Real Estate Companies and Joel Ferguson of Ferguson Development.
