Former PNC Building in Okemos Sold, Facilitated by Martin

Senior Associate and Office Advisor Thomas Jamieson along with Senior Vice President and Office Advisor Eric F. Rosekrans, CCIM, CPM facilitated the sale of a freestanding, single-story building in Okemos! Jamieson and Rosekrans represented the seller, PNC Bank. The office space, located at 2260 Jolly Oak Road, will now be occupied by BBK Fine Jewelry.
