Our team facilitated the sale of a single-story building at 321 E. Grand River Avenue in downtown East Lansing, bringing Coratti’s Pizzeria to the area! Martin’s Associate, Retail Advisor Carson Patten represented the seller, Collegeville Real Estate.

“We were very excited to give this property – our home for nearly 15 years – a new lease on life, so-to-speak,” said Adam Seyburn of Collegeville Real Estate. “Coratti’s offers an innovative concept that fits right in with East Lansing’s dining and entertainment culture. Plus, they’re family-owned and Michigan-based, which keeps everything close to home. Carson Patten was an excellent advisor throughout the disposition process. The valuable insight he provided us and his experience with East Lansing retail space made for a seamless transaction.”

The property is located across from Michigan State University, less than one block from East Lansing’s City Center District with 365 residential units, Target, Barrio tacos, various restaurants, and on-site parking.
