Martin’s office team assisted three tenants in Lansing, East Lansing, and Alma. Congratulations to each tenant on your new location!

1003 North Washington in Lansing is welcoming Michigan Creative, a growing advertising agency. The historic 4,407 square foot home was designed by Lansing architect Darius B. Moon and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

“This beautiful property has been the home of Farhat and Story for decades,” said Farhat and Story representative Chris Bergstrom. “While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, it’s comforting to turn over the keys to another Lansing business that values the significance of this property in Lansing’s history.”

Martin’s Senior Vice President and Office Advisor Eric F. Rosekrans, CCIM, CPM, represented Farhat and Story in the sale of their property.

345 West Lake Lansing Road in East Lansing has welcomed Certus Medical, a company that distributes orthopedic implants and other surgical equipment. The lease capitalizes on the versatility of the property at 345 W. Lake Lansing Road that combines more than 5,000 square feet of office space with 1,000 square feet of heated storage space. The location’s private and open offices, conference rooms, shared areas and overhead garage door allow tenants to efficiently manage multiple aspects of business under one roof.

Martin’s Senior Associate and Office Advisor Thomas Jamieson represented Kasch Properties in the lease of the facility.

“We’re excited about providing quality space to a quality supplier of high-demand products for essential industries,” said Jim Kasch of Kasch Properties. “Their new location in East Lansing builds on the healthy mix of organizations that make Mid-Michigan a great place to live and do business.”
