Coming Saturday, May 7! Everything is Cheesecake, a bakery in South Lansing, is opening later this week.

The business previously operated in a popular food truck, and its new location is in a 1,300 SF space at 5214 South Cedar Street. Ray-Brown worked with Martin’s Carson Patten to find the perfect spot for her bakery.

At Everything is Cheesecake, owner DeAnna Ray-Brown offers three special flavors of cheesecake at a time from a rotating menu. Family recipes that are over 120 years old are rooted in her selection of cheesecakes. Additional treats on the menu include chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, Bundt cakes, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Ray-Brown started selling her cheesecakes as a side business while working in customer service for a car rental company. Her dedication and creativity over the years have led to more and more customers for Everything is Cheesecake. Ray-Brown aims to open locations down the road in Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.
