A long-time establishment in Holt, Michigan now has a new tenant! Martin is proud to have facilitated the sale of a 4,954 SF full-service restaurant at 2440 S. Cedar Street. Located just south of I-96 and adjacent to Taco Bell, this restaurant is positioned in a highly-traveled commercial corridor. The turnkey space was home to Champions Sports Bar & Grill for several years before being sold to Gravity Smokehouse & BBQ with trade fixtures, kitchen equipment, and a liquor license among other features.
