Waggoner Financial Group Purchases Office Building at 2400 Lake Lansing, Facilitated by Martin

Senior Vice President Eric Rosekrans, CCIM, CPM, and Senior Associate, Office Advisor Thomas Jamieson have facilitated the sale of a free-standing office building at 2400 Lake Lansing Road in Lansing! Eric and Tom represented the seller, Jeffrey Baker of B&B Ventures, in the deal that creates a new home for Waggoner Financial Group, a company with over 25 years of combined experience in financial investment. Waggoner Financial Group’s move to the 3,209 SF suite brings to the building to 100% capacity.
