Popeye’s Chicken Purchases Building at 7050 South Cedar Street, Facilitated by Martin

We’re excited to see a national restaurant chain open a new location in Lansing! Popeye’s Chicken is coming to 7050 South Cedar Street through a sale facilitated by Thomas Jamieson, Senior Associate and Office Advisor.

The 4,670 SF free-standing family restaurant building will be torn down and rebuilt with a drive-thru for Popeye’s Chicken. It is positioned in a perfect area for redevelopment with access to Cedar Street and Willoughby Road. The site was previously occupied by China East Buffet.
