Highly Visible Local Strip Centers in Lansing, Okemos and Haslett Close on New Deals Facilitated by Martin

We’re pleased to share that three Greater Lansing area retail centers in Lansing, Okemos, and Haslett have reached 100% occupancy! Despite shutdowns, business hardships, and a rise in retail vacancies in Mid-Michigan, Martin Sales Associate Carson Patten facilitated multiple leases to fill these local strip centers.

Carson represented the landlords of Five Oaks, Haslett Shop Town, and LTG East to bring tenants to convenient, high-visibility locations for light retail, personal services, and restaurants.
