Recently, our industrial and office teams facilitated multiple transactions at an office building at 2163 University Park Drive in Okemos. We’re also proud to share that Martin reached an agreement to continue as the leasing agent and property manager. Our company represented the buyer, HJC Clark LLC, and the sellers, Chris O’Leary and Ricky Norris of LPIW LLC.
