Introducing Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists (ORS), one of the new businesses in Lansing’s mixed-use Red Cedar Development!

The award-winning physical therapy company has 12 locations throughout Michigan. Its location at the Red Cedar Development opened in May, joining a project that features restaurants, retail stores, two nationally-branded hotels, market-rate housing, and a senior living facility known as Red Cedar Lodge.

Martin’s Carson Patten facilitated the lease to bring ORS to the Red Cedar Development, and Martin’s Jason Brunette completed the buildout for its new location. ORS occupies a 2,478-square-foot space at 3214 East Michigan Avenue, Lansing.

ORS supports healthy, active lives by educating patients and providing physical therapy rehabilitation, sports and work injury care, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, pain management, manual therapy, joint mobilization and manipulation, and strengthening and stretching.

ORS is celebrating 35 years of being trusted leaders in physical therapy and in the communities it serves. The company has given back by sponsoring charitable events and hosting the ORS Race Series, an event that supports fitness in communities across the state through 11 races of various lengths. Additionally, it has awarded students who are pursuing higher education in a health-related field with scholarships.
