We’re excited to announce that our own Chris Miller, SIOR, Senior Associate, Industrial & Investment Advisor, has leased two industrial buildings in Lansing, MI. Miller facilitated the deals for a 5,000 SF building at 16350 Felton Road. and a 6,273 SF building at 16405 Grove Road. He represented the landlord. Both buildings were owned by HD Ventures.

At 16405 Grove Road, Miller assisted HD Ventures in leasing its single user building to Yoli, LLC.
